Root Interiors reimagined the Doctors of BC office to address capacity challenges and evolving work models. This pilot project for their Human Resources and Information Technology departments introduces flexible, multi-use spaces that balance collaboration with privacy. A dynamic work lounge, shared meeting areas, and a zoned layout optimize adaptability, supporting hybrid work. Acoustic solutions ensure discretion, while strategic planning fosters efficiency. Completed during the Covid-19 lockdown, the design future-proofs the office for changing workplace needs, creating a professional yet agile environment that enhances productivity and teamwork.
